PROCESSING TIME

Our current processing time is 10–14 business days following your order- however this can vary due to weather and other conditions out of our control.

Once your item is shipped, you can expect your package within 3-5 days for domestic shipping.

International shipping times can vary depending on shipping method chosen at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays that may happen due to customs.

REFUND POLICY

At this time, we do not accept returns or order cancelations.

All harness sales are final.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, products may vary slightly to one another.

If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of your product, we will gladly exchange your product for the same item purchased  and remake it. This offer is good for 24 hours once your item has been received. After the 24 hour period is over we no longer accept exchanges. We are not responsible for tags that are lost, broken off, or damaged after it has been received.

Your pet should be monitored with any pet tag on, as they can be a choking hazard.*
